Brandon Brown is here to talk sports in a thought provoking manner. So, with the platform that Charlotte Community Radio has provided, he will do just that during his first Blow The Whistles show airing LIVE on Monday, August 29th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Brandon was born and raised in North Carolina, attending college at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), and has been on hand for a plethora of NCAA, NFL, and NBA games here in the Tar Heel state. A lover of sports, Brandon will now see his dream of being heard over the airwaves come to fruition. During his first show, he plans to cover a slew of stories from this jam-packed summer which included the NBA Finals, NBA free agency, the NFL off-season, and the Olympics. This, however, will not be done without an introduction and overview of his vision of how he wants things to be done on the show.
Some things to think about prior to listening to the show; Was LeBron’s performance one for the ages, or is Kyrie Irving being slighted? Did Kevin Durant take the easy way out by heading west, or does the want to win trump all? Will the Panthers return to the Super Bowl or will a new champion reign in the NFC? Is Cam Newton an elite NFL quarterback? Who’s the greater Olympian, Phelps or Bolt? And what will it take for baseball to gain more national interest? All of these questions and more will be answered in the first installment of Blow The Whistles. You don’t want to miss the beginning of something special.
